Refund policy

Quick answer

Refund terms are controlled by the final checkout and challenge terms. Because challenge access is a digital product and preparation can begin after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once access, account preparation, preregistration benefits, or challenge materials are delivered, except where law requires otherwise or Polyfunded agrees in writing.

Situations that do not automatically create a refund right

  • Failing a challenge or missing the target.
  • Breaking a challenge rule.
  • Choosing the wrong tier or changing your mind.
  • Not starting on time.
  • Account suspension caused by a breach.
  • Dissatisfaction with the result.

How to request a billing review

Contact support with your account email, order ID, purchase date, amount, and a clear explanation of the suspected billing error. Do this before opening a payment dispute so Polyfunded can investigate the correct order.
